From Uruguay via Argentina to Brazil

Aventura Austral is so far the best tour operator for us, whose owner Christian looked after our group of 6 people (5 from Stuttgart and 1 from Portland OR USA) from start to finish.

Here are a few examples of their great service:
- When checking in from Stuttgart to Montevideo via London and Sao Paulo, Stuttgart was only able to do this for 2 people, but the rest were only supposed to check in with a boarding pass at a LATAM counter in London. How was it supposed to work if the LATAM counter at London Heathrow was just before the gate to the flight? Without the immediate intervention of Aventura Austral, the remaining three of us would certainly have had to wait in London for the next flight. Thank you!
- On an excursion from Montevideo, the local agency put us on the wrong list with a different destination (with higher costs, of course) and demanded more money from us. Due to time constraints, we had to accept the wrong destination. Thanks to the intervention of Aventura Austral, we didn't have to pay a surcharge =)
- Christian always sent us the program for the next excursion with the pick-up time from the hotel in good time as well as recommendations for restaurants on arrival at the next hotels.

- As we didn't have enough time for the online check-ins for domestic and international flights, this time-consuming work was done in advance by Aventura Austral.
- Thanks to Aventura Austral's advice, we extended our itinerary a little and experienced two great excursions from Salta (beautiful gorges in the Cafayate wine region, from Quebrada del Toro to San Antonio de los Cobres, Salinas Grandes, Mountains of the Seven Colors, etc.). The excursions recommended by Aventura Austral from Buenos Aires, Iguazu and Rio de Janeiro were also great!

That's why we recommend AVENTURA AUSTRAL as a very good tour operator - Christian really is an expert on South America. My friends and relatives will definitely be booking with Aventura Austral for South America in the near future.

Danke, Thanks, Obrigado y Hasta la proxima vez!
